• Unlimited phone and
email three months prior to the wedding
•
Review all existing vendor agreements
• Provide
timeline and diagram for your wedding
• Review
the seating chart for your reception
• All vendors
will be contacted two weeks before the wedding

Detailed event itineraries will be provided for the ceremony
and reception and will be given to family members and bridal
party attendants at the rehearsal.
• Itineraries
will also be given to all contracted vendors
•
One hour coordination of wedding ceremony rehearsal
• Up to 8 hours of wedding day coordination
•
Early arrival to ceremony location and venue site to make sure
everything is correct
• "Bridal Emergency
Kit"
• Line up and queue the wedding party
• Manage all deliveries and vendors
•
Set-up all items such as seating cards, favors, guest book,
champagne flutes, etc.
• Distribute vendor payments
and gratuities
• Communication with banquet captain
and staff
• Communicate any changes to vendors
• Manage set-up of rentals, lighting, florals, band, decor
treatments, etc.
• Pack up champagne flutes, guest book, cake knife and
other items by the end of the evening
